Designed and built to capture the panoramic views of the Tuki Tuki valley and Te Mata Peak, this Eco friendly 3 bedroom north facing hilltop accommodation incorporates indoor and outdoor flow with all the modern features and fixtures. With American oak wooden flooring and exposed rafters and grooved ceilings in the main open plan area gives this space a real cottage feel. Environment was also another key aspect in this build, PV solar panels provide electricity and hot-water, and water supply is rainwater which is filtered through UV light making it safe to drink. A well thought out build to give you all the comforts of home.
